Angle Adjustable Head & Neck Immobilization System
Not all patients can lay horizontal, in the past this greatly decreased the ability to achieve precision immobilization and in some cases eliminated a patient as a candidate for tight tolerance radiation therapy techniques. Our Angle Adjustable Head and Neck Immobilization System elevates the patient from the hips, in most cases eliminating the need for pain relieving drugs commonly used to make the patient comfortable enough to tolerate lying in a more horizontal position. This system is compatible with CT/Sim and adjustable to match a patients height as well as other anatomical features. All adjustments are indexable to minimize reproducibility errors.
