Angle Adjustable Head & Neck Immobilization System

Not all patients can lie horizontally. In the past this greatly reduced the ability to achieve precision immobilization, and in some cases eliminated a patient as a candidate for tight tolerance radiation therapy techniques. Our Angle Adjustable Head & Neck Immobilization System elevates the patient from the hips, in most cases eliminating the need for pain-relieving drugs commonly used to make the patient comfortable enough to tolerate a more horizontal position. This system is compatible with CTSim and is adjustable to match a patient's height and other anatomical features. All adjustments are indexable to minimize reproducibility errors.
